DANVILLE —
Danville High School welcomes a new English teacher, Ms. Megginson. Last year she taught as a student teacher in Mrs. Hurst’s class with the current juniors.
Ms. Megginson loves the ACE House and the Artful Learning.
“It is a cool and different way of learning, so I decided to come back and teach,” said Ms. Megginson.
Educationally she plans on providing all of her students at Danville High school with an interesting and creative class.
“I also want my students to learn life lessons, proper grammar, and English.”
Ms. Megginson says, “I love literature and English courses. I come from a family of teachers, and rowing up I always wanted
to be a teacher.”
D.H.S students are welcoming Ms.Megginson into their school, voicing their opinions on her class and teaching skills. Senior Candace Bloodworth says she finds Ms. Megginson’s class fun and exciting.
“I like to write; the year hasn’t really started yet, but Ms. Megginson has a fun, funny, yet educational way of learning, and I think that it would be good for this class.”
