DANVILLE —

Mr. and Mrs. Greg Bell of Covington, Ind. announce the engagement of their daughter, Anne, to Rex Spencer, son of Teresa Spencer of Kokomo, Ind. and Jim and Kay Spencer, also of Kokomo. Grandparents are Ralph and Anita Bell of Covington, Russell and Lois Dahl of Crawfordsville, Ind., and Sue Sokol of Kokomo.

The future bride has a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a master’s degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. She is employed by the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs in Indianapolis as a Communications Manager.

The future groom is a graduate of Purdue University and is employed by the Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex in West Lafayette, Ind. as an Assistant Golf Professional.

The couple plans a July 2012 wedding in Indianapolis.
