Megan Howe of Fairmount and Ryan High of Danville plan a Feb. 9, 2008, wedding at the Catlin Church of Christ, with a reception to follow at the Beef House near Covington, Ind.
She is the daughter of Steve and Lisa Learnard of Fairmount, and Ron and Stacey Howe of Catlin.
Ryan is the son of Michael and Daphne High of Danville.
