Oct. 6, 10 a.m. — "Kick Cancer" Second Annual Soccer game between Hoopeston Area/Bismarck-Henning and Danville High School varsity and junior varsity soccer teams, Hoopeston High School. City council members agreed Tuesday to borrow $3 millionfrom the Public Water Supply Loan Program through the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency for work on the city’s water storage tanks.
