HOOPESTON —
Constitution Week has begun at the Hoopeston Public Library. The library has more than 20 books on display for patron use.
Mayor William Crusinberry has issued a proclamation for the citizens of Hoopeston, declaring Constitution Week Sept. 17-23.
Library items include information about the creators who defended the document, the Bill of Rights and various modern interpretations. Also, there will be DVD selections which explore key constitutional concepts.
