Free books on Thursday

HOOPESTON — All paperback books will be free when the Hoopeston Public Library, 110 N. Fourth St., opens its book sale room from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday.

The one-day special applies to paperbacks only. All hardcover books and other items are $1 per bag. A variety of genres will be available — mysteries, thrillers, romance, westerns, non-fiction, youth and children’s titles.

Free books will be available while supplies last. There will be no early sales. For information, call 283-6711.
