Jennifer Rebecca (Grave) Lawyer and Robert James “Jim” Wirth were united in holy matrimony by Rob Brown (friend of the groom) at Rockville (Ind.) Christian Church on Sept. 1, 2007.
The bride is the daughter of Joe and Thelma Grave of Georgetown. She is a 1991 graduate of Georgetown-Ridge Farm High School. She is a student at Danville Area Community College and is employed by Jeanie Hayes State Farm.
The groom is the son of Max and Diane Dugger of Marshall, Ind., and the late James Wirth. He is a 1989 graduate of Turkey Run High School and is employed at Heritage Products in Crawfordsville, Ind.
Matron of honor was Mindy Herrin. Bridesmaids were Candy Jones, sister of the groom, and Lisa Simpson. Flower girls were Natalie Jones and Taylor Dugger, nieces of the groom. Bubble girls were Halley Jones and Morgan Dugger, nieces of the groom.
Best man was Kirk Gill. Groomsmen were Michael Rennick and Aaron Melvin. Ring “BEAR” was Cole Jones, nephew of the groom. Ushers were Justin Grave and Bob Grave, brothers of the bride.
The wedding colors were burgundy, ivory and black.
A very emotional part of the ceremony was scripture, a gift and a vow given to the bride’s son, Jacob Thomas Lawyer.
Reception immediately followed at St. Joseph’s Catholic Hall in Rockville.
After a honeymoon in a secluded cabin in Nashville, Ind., the couple is at home in Georgetown.
