Grape Creek Baptist Church was the setting for the wedding of Sarah Leary and John Dizer IV. The ceremony was performed by the bride’s father, David Leary, on July 14, 2007.
Sarah is the daughter of David and Kathy Leary of Danville. She graduated from First Baptist School in 2002 and Cedarville (Ohio) University in 2006. She teaches math at Norwell High School in Ossian Ind.
John is the son of J. Tom and Harleen Dizer of Beavercreek, Ohio. He graduated from Xenia (Ohio) Christian School in 2001 and Cedarville University in 2005. He received a master’s degree from Ball State in Muncie, Ind., in 2007. He works for Lincoln Financial in Fort Wayne, Ind.
Maid of honor was Becca Leary of Danville, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Carolyn Rosner of Ashburn, Va., sister of the groom, Emily Dizer of Cleveland, Ohio, sister of the groom, and Beck Crunelle of Columbus, Ohio, friend of the bride.
Best man was Tom Dizer of Beaver Creek, Ohio, father of the groom. Groomsmen were Ben Rosner of Ashburn, Va., brother–in-law of the groom; Phillip Pelzer of Cleveland, cousin of the groom; and Luke Frederick of Peoria, friend of the groom.
After a honeymoon trip to Bar Harbor, Maine, the couple will be at home in Roanoke, Ind.
