“As I was entering a store at the Danville Main Street mall recently, I was trying to maneuver with an open umbrella and a clutch purse.
“Unknown to me, the purse slipped to the ground. A couple nearby witnessed this, retrieved the purse and returned it to me.
“I am so grateful for their honesty. Thank you!”
Faith in Action South sends hearts to “Georgetown United Methodist Church for hosting a Super Trivia Night as a fundraiser for local ministries and for choosing Faith in Action South as one of the ministries.
“Hearts also to Ridge Farm Friends Church and Catlin United Methodist Church for their recent donations.
“We are so grateful for these churches’ continued generosity and support of our ministry.”
