Fire investigators continue to look into a fire that damaged a Danville home early Tuesday evening.
Firefighters responded to a report of a house fire just after 5 p.m. Tuesday at 203 S. Forrest St.
Danville Assistant Fire Chief Duane Hall said engines arrived on scene to find heavy fire on the east side of the single-story home.
Hall said personnel at the scene had the fire under control in around 20 minutes. Firefighters cleared the scene of the fire just after 8:30 p.m.
The cause of the fire was undetermined as of Wednesday with the blaze still under investigation.
Damages to the home are estimated at $20,000 with another $10,000 in damage sustained by the contents in the residence.
No injuries were reported.
