HOOPESTON — Police are looking for information regarding the whereabouts of a woman missing since last week.
Hoopeston police issued a press release Monday morning seeking information regarding the disappearance of 33-year-old Amanda Walters-Pentecost.
The woman, according to police, is believed to be on foot. She was last seen on foot in Hoopeston on Friday and had phone contact with a family member that same day.
Hoopeston Police Chief Mark Drollinger said there are no indications at this point that Walters-Pentecost was the victim of a crime. Police are continuing to check all leads regarding her whereabouts.
The woman is described as standing 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds. She has brown hair, green eyes and several tattoos.
