The UAW Local 579 General Motors Christmas Party is set for noon CST Dec. 5 at the Union Hall, located on Tilton Road. The potluck meal starts at 12:30 p.m.
The retirees will provide the meat, rolls, drinks and table service. Other attendees should bring a covered dish to share, if desired. Only UAW 579 GM retirees, spouses and surviving spouses may attend.
There will be door prizes, social hour and a buffet meal, all for no charge.
