Wednesday:
A woman arrested for criminal trespassing, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct in the 300 block of North Vermilion Street.
Home invasion and theft in the 600 block of Sherman Street.
Identity theft in the 300 block of North Jackson Street.
Disorderly conduct in the first block of Stroup Street.
Financial identity theft in the 800 block of Sunset Ridge.
A man arrested for obstructing identification at Redden Court and Fairchild Street.
Identity theft in the 1000 block of Pires Street.
A man arrested for criminal trespassing in the 1600 block of Beechwood Street.
Domestic battery in the 700 block of Wayne Street.
A man arrested for retail theft at Bowman Avenue and Fairchild Street.
Report of shots fired in the 900 block of Skyline Drive.
Garage burglary in the 100 block of Harvey Street.
Thursday:
Trespassing in the 1800 block of East Main Street.
A woman arrested for interfering with a domestic violence report in the 500 block of North Jackson Street.
A man arrested for disorderly conduct, obstructing justice and resisting arrest in the 1100 block of East Fairchild Street.
Vermilion County
Wednesday:
A man arrested for aggravated criminal sexual assault in the 700 block of Scott Street.
Domestic battery in the 1300 block of Oakwood Avenue.
Disorderly conduct in the 500 block of Mikel Road.
Disorderly conduct in the first block of Henderson Street.
Thursday:
A man arrested for criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct in the 800 block of Bush Street, Georgetown.
Domestic battery in the 200 block of East Dickson Street, Sidell.
Trespassing in the 100 block of North West Street.
Accidents involving tickets or injuries include:
Wednesday, 2:01 p.m. – At Main Street and Bowman Avenue involving Devinn Piehl, 18, of Westville, and Amanda Harmeson, 26, of Danville. Piehl was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
Firefighters responded to the following calls:
Wednesday, 10:50-11 a.m. — A medical call in the first block of East Harrison Street.
Wednesday, 10:58-11:06 a.m. — A medical call in the 1600 block of Edgewood Drive.
Wednesday, 3:01-3:24 p.m. — A gas leak reported at 30 Grand Circle.
Wednesday, 3:22-3:31 p.m. — A medical call in the 1100 block of Koehn Drive.
Wednesday, 4:38-4:45 p.m. — An alarm malfunction at Veterans Affairs Illiana Health Care Services, 1900 E. Main St.
Wednesday, 6:44-6:53 p.m. — Food burning on a stove caused a call to 628 Sidell St.
Thursday, 12:06-12:22 a.m. — A medical call in the 300 block of Alexander Street.
Thursday, 1-1:14 a.m. — A medical call in the 400 block of Buchanan Street.
