DANVILLE —
City officials announce the temporary road closure to all traffic on Wilkin Avenue between Logan Avenue and Chandler Street.
Wilkin will be closed while construction crews repair a damaged section of sanitary sewer running under the center of the street.
The road is anticipated to be closed beginning at 7 a.m. today and is expected to reopen by 4 p.m. Thursday.
All of these events are tentatively scheduled, weather permitting.
