A man arrested for possession of methamphetamines with intent to deliver, obstructing justice and resisting an officer at Illinois Route 1 and Honeywell Street, Hoopeston.

Wednesday, 5:17 p.m. — At Illinois Route 1 and County Road 980N involving Phillip Rife, 61, of the 700 block of Florida Avenue, and Joshua Waite, 28, of Lodi, Ind. Rife was cited for failure to yield.

Thursday, 5:32 p.m. — In the 2700 block of Georgetown Road involving Theron Pettus, 58, of Westville, and Shawn Burnett, 37, of St. Joseph. Pettus was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and improper lane usage.

Friday, 9:50 a.m. — At North Vermilion Street and Liberty Lane involving Dustin Simpson, 27, of the 15200 block of Short Road, and John Watrous, 53, of Rossville. Simpson was cited for failure to yield.

Friday, 2:56 p.m. — At East Main Street and Bowman Avenue involving James Rademacher, 44, of Georgetown, and Marcia Clutter, 59, of Rossville. Rademacher was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
