Perry St. in Attica and The IDEM Central File Room, 12th floor of the Indiana Government Center North building, 100 N. Senate Ave., Indianapolis, IN, 46204, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Individuals who plan to visit IDEM to review these documents should call the IDEM Central File Room at (317) 232-8667 to make arrangements beforehand.
A restricted waste site is a landfill for limited types of non-hazardous industrial waste, usually the wastes generated by a single type of industrial activity, often from a single facility. IDEM issues three different types of restricted waste site permits, Types III, II and I, with progressively more stringent levels of monitoring and containment.
IDEM will consider all public comments before making a final decision to approve or deny a permit modification for the facility.
