District 118 calls special meeting

DANVILLE — Danville District 118 board members will meet in a special meeting Wednesday to vote on property/casualty insurance and to approve inter-fund budget transfers.

In a closed session, the board will discuss salaries for specific administrators and flat-salaried employees.

In the session, the board also will discuss the acquisition of the former Walgreens property on Bowman Avenue and the contract negotiations with the food service and custodial staff.

No action will be taken in the closed session.

COMING UP

The Danville District 118 school board will meet in a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Jackson Building, 516 N. Jackson St.
