DANVILLE — Here’s a look at recent law enforcement calls:

Danville

Saturday:

Reckless discharge of a firearm in the 900 block of Holiday.

Tuesday:

Criminal damage to a vehicle at Main and Walnut streets.

Residential burglary in the 400 block of North Chandler Street.

Criminal damage to property in the 900 block of Zeiter.

Assault and violation of order of protection in the 200 block of South Forrest.

Disorderly conduct in the first block of Griggs Court.

Wednesday:

Disorderly conduct in the 100 block of Grace Street.

Possession of cannabis in the 1100 block of Chandler; a man was issued a notice to appear.

Death investigation in the 1500 block of Sherman.

Burglary at Schlarman Academy, 2112 N. Vermilion St.

Residential burglary in the 1600 block of North Griffin.

Drug investigation in the Danville area.

Burglary to residence in the 1600 block of East Voorhees.

Retail theft at Menard’s, 17070 West Newell; a man was arrested.

Domestic battery in the 400 block of Buchanan.

Criminal damage to property in the 300 block of Washington.

Vermilion County

Wednesday:

Criminal damage to auto in the 700 block of West Main Street, Westville.

Burglary to residence in the 13000 block of East 2400, Danville.

Battery in the 700 block of Mill, Georgetown.

Driving while suspended, obstruction of justice in the 700 block of South Chicago, Rossville; a woman was arrested.

Criminal damage to auto in the 700 block of West Main, Westville.

Thursday:

Burglary to residence in the 200 block of South Seminary, Georgetown.

Domestic battery  in the 200 block of North Market, Hoopeston; two men arrested.

Accidents involving tickets or injuries include:

Oct. 5, 9:18 p.m.Car left road and hit a telephone pole in the 400 block of Plum, Georgetown.  George J. Snider, 55, of Georgetown, was cited for leaving the scene of an accident and driving too fast for conditions.

Monday, 2:15 p.m. — At Fifth and H streets involving Benjamin Penn, 33, of Catlin and Rodney W. Lester, 55, of Indianola. Lester was cited for leaving the scene of an accident and operating an uninsured vehicle.

Tuesday, 5:39 p.m. — At Gilbert and Fairchild involving Terisa A. Johnson, 28, of the 100 block of South State. She was cited for leaving the scene of an accident.

Wednesday, 5:23 p.m. — In the 300 block of West Fairchild involving Deedra A. Judy, 48, of Armstrong .and Lisa J. Quick, 51, of Danville. Judy was cited for not having insurance and having an expired sticker.

Wednesday, 11:16-11:30 a.m. — Illegal burning in the 100 block of Delaware.

Wednesday, 3:53-4:04 p.m. — Vehicle wiring shorted out at Glenwood/Fowler streets.

Wednesday, 10:34-10:45 p.m. — Medical call in the 1500 block of Sherman Street.

Wednesday, 11:07-11:24 p.m. — Medical call in the first block of Nicklas Street.

Wednesday, 11:39 p.m.-Thursday,12:07 a.m. — Carbon monoxide check in the 900 block of Hubbard Street.

Thursday, 1:32-1:37 a.m. — Medical call in the 300 block of North Walnut Street.
