HOOPESTON —
During January 2013, Hoopeston Public Library, 110 N. Fourth St., will offer free library cards to patrons who have lost our misplaced theirs. Normally, replacement cards cost $1.
Presenting a library card each time a patron checks out will speed up the process and also allow more efficient access to other library services.
Library cards are available to any residents of the Hoopeston Library District. To obtain a replacement card, patrons should be prepared to present a photo ID with their current address. Children who need new cards should be accompanied by a parent or guardian. For more information, call 283-6711.
