DANVILLE — Here’s a look at recent law enforcement calls:

Danville

Tuesday:

Broken window reported in the 900 block of East Seminary Street.

Theft of prescription medication in the first block of North State Street.

Trespassing in the 600 block of Porter Street.

Wednesday:

Theft in the 1200 block of Cleveland Street.

A man arrested for retail theft at Walmart Supercenter, 4101 N. Vermilion St.

A vehicle egged in the first block of South Virginia Avenue.

Thursday:

Theft in the 1300 block of West Williams Street.

A man arrested for theft in the 1400 block of Warrington Avenue.

Vermilion County

Tuesday:

Burglary in the 500 block of Brown Road.

Property damage in the 500 block of Newell Lane.

Wednesday:

Burglary in the 200 block of East Second Street, Rankin.

Attempted robbery at Dollar General, Westville.

Accidents involving tickets or injuries include:

Tuesday, 12:29 p.m. On North Gilbert Street near West Madison Street involving Teresa Evans, 56, of the first block of Woodlawn Avenue, and Ann Colleen, 78, of Danville. Evans was  cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

Firefighters responded to the following calls:

Wednesday, 7:25-7:38 a.m. A medical call in the 100 block of East Seminary Street.

Wednesday, 7:54-8:07 a.m. A medical call in the 100 block of Iowa Street.

Wednesday, 9:31-9:37 a.m. A private alarm at Veterans Affairs Illiana Health Care System, 1900 E. Main St.

Wednesday, 10:34-10:38 a.m. A private alarm at Danville Area Community College, 2000 E. Main St.

Wednesday, 12:31-12:44 p.m. A medical call in the first block of South Bismark Street.

Wednesday, 4:04-4:33 p.m. A carbon monoxide investigation at 3916 N. Vermilion St.

Wednesday, 9:45 p.m.-12:06 a.m. A garage fire at 519 Harvey St.
