Danville
Wednesday:
A woman arrested for retail theft at Big Lots, 20 N. Gilbert St.
A man arrested in the first block of North Hazel Street for retail theft at County Market, 2 E. Main St.
Prowler reported in the 1000 block of East Madison Street.
Property damage in the 1100 block of Glenwood Drive.
Thursday:
Armed robbery of a man at Jackson and Voorhees streets.
Vermilion County
Wednesday:
A man arrested for resisting officers in the 200 block of Benton Street, Rossville.
Deceptive practices reported in the 1700 block of Lakewood Drive.
Thursday:
Civil disturbance in the 1400 block of Oakwood Avenue.
Accidents involving tickets or injuries include:
Wednesday, 3:09 p.m. – At Bowman Avenue and Cleveland Street involving Travis Abbott, 20, of the 700 block of Franklin Street, and Tyesha Brown, 17, of Danville. Abbott was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving without insurance.
Wednesday, 7:16 p.m. – At North Vermilion and Williams streets involving Larry Withers, 57, of the 1600 block of North Gilbert Street, and Ginger Brown, 28, of Danville. Withers was cited for failure to yield.
Wednesday, 7:30 p.m. – At North Gilbert and West Williams streets involving Jeffrey Parish, 50, of Catlin, and Becky Miller, 52, of Oakwood. Parish was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

Wednesday, 4:31-4:38 p.m. — A medical call in the 600 block of North Gilbert Street.
Wednesday, 7:55-8:15 p.m. — A carbon monoxide check at 410 N. Beard St.
Thursday, 12:42-12:52 a.m. — A medical call in the 800 block of North Gilbert Street.
