Catlin will have a Christmas spirit gathering at 5 p.m. Sunday outside the village hall.
Santa will visit, and reindeer from the Hardy Reindeer Ranch will be present. The community choir will perform and lead a carol sing. Christmas cards for the troops overseas will be provided for all to sign.
The winners of the coloring contest will be announced and will help Santa and his elves light the community tree.
Light refreshments will be served.
All activities are planned for outdoors. In case of severe weather, they will move indoors.
