DANVILLE — Here’s a look at recent law enforcement calls:

Danville

Monday:

Disorderly conduct in the 1600 block of Clyman Court

Theft at the Varsity Room, 108 N. Vermilion St.

More than $1,000 in items stolen in a garage burglary in the first block of South Griffin Street.

Vehicle burglarized and property damage reported in the 100 block of Edwards Street.

Tuesday:

Domestic battery in the first block of Grace Street.

Window screen damaged in the 900 block of Belton Avenue.

Attempted armed robbery at the Millennium, 1214 E. Main St.

Theft in the 400 block of Harmon Avenue.

Trespassing at Fairchild Street and Fowler Avenue.

Burglary in the first block of Cronkhite Avenue

A man arrested for domestic battery, unlawful restraint, resisting arrest and interfering with a domestic battery report in the 200 block of Dawn Avenue.

Retail theft at Wal-Mart Supercenter, 4101 N. Vermilion St.

A man arrested for retail theft at Mach 1, 510 N. Gilbert St.

Medication stolen in the 600 block of South Forrest Street.

Wednesday:

A man arrested for domestic battery in the 1200 block of East Williams Street.

Battery in the 700 block of Oak Street.

Vermilion County

Tuesday:

A report of financial exploitation of the elderly in the first block of Urbana Street, Belgium.

Theft along County Road 370E, Potomac.

Domestic disturbance in the 200 block of Hegeler Lane.

Domestic battery in the 300 block of West Third Street, Rankin.

Trespassing in the first block of Kennedy Court, Georgetown.

Accidents involving tickets or injuries include:

Tuesday, 9:40 a.m. – At Franklin and Townsend streets involving Edna Crider, 42, of the 900 block of North Jackson Street, and Lanonna Johnson, 29, of Danville. Crider was cited for failure to yield.

Tuesday, 1:34 p.m. – On West Newell Road near Shake Rag Road involving Joseph Castleberry, 47, of Cayuga, Ind., and Dawn Willoughby, 31, of Danville. Castleberry was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

Firefighters responded to the following calls:

Tuesday, 10:52-11:14 a.m. — A medical call in the 1900 block of East Voorhees Street.

Tuesday, 8:47-9:04 p.m. — A medical call in the 1200 block of Perrysville Road.
