Danville

Friday:

Theft in the 800 block of East Main Street.

Theft of fuel at Circle K, 401 W. Main St.

Retail theft at Family Dollar, 1228 E. Main St.

Domestic battery in the 1200 block of Garden Drive.

Property damage at Seminary and Jackson streets.

Burglary in the 2300 block of North Vermilion Street.

Saturday:

A bicycle stolen in the first block of West Fairchild Street.

Forgery reported at Vermilion Liquors, 2605 N. Vermilion St.

Home invasion, property damage and interfering with a domestic battery report in the 2700 block of Townway Street.

Aggravated and reckless discharge of a firearm in the 1800 block of East Fairchild Street.

Battery in the 100 block of Hazel Street.

Property damage in the 1000 block of Belton Avenue.

Domestic battery in the 600 block of East Voorhees Street.

A man arrested for driving after revocation, obstructing an officer, aggravated fleeing/eluding police and reckless driving in the 1200 block of Garden Drive.

Sunday:

A man arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic needle in the 600 block of North Griffin Street.

Burglary in the first block of Lake Street.

A man arrested for disorderly conduct in the 500 block of North Vermilion Street.

Burglary and property damage in the 1100 block of Chandler Street.

A man arrested for possession of cannabis in the 400 block of Avenue E.

Aggravated assault in the 1000 block of Glenwood Drive.

Burglary, property damage and theft in the 100 block of Elmwood Drive.

A man arrested for possession of cannabis, possession of a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance at North Vermilion Street and Roselawn Avenue.

Domestic battery in the 800 block of Chandler Street.

Vehicle theft at Buchanan and South streets.

Vermilion County

Saturday:

Battery in the 14700 block of Catlin-Tilton Road, Catlin.

Sunday:

Theft in the first block of Dale Avenue.

Domestic battery in the 200 block of Hegeler.

Domestic battery in the 3300 block of Lincoln Street, Armstrong.

Battery in the 700 block of Mill Road, Georgetown.

Accidents involving tickets or injuries include:

Friday, 11:50 a.m. At North Walnut and West Williams streets involving Christine Prouty, 62, of the 2100 block of Crestview Drive, and Core Adams, 45, of Danville. Prouty was cited for failure to yield.

Friday, 8:39 p.m. At 13364 Grape Creek Road involving Penny Jones, 33, of the 1200 block of Harmon Street, and Jason Spickand, 39, of Georgetown. Jones was cited for DUI and improper lane usage.

Saturday, 11:05 a.m. At Main and Gilbert streets involving Jason Tools, 32, of the 600 block of Grant Street, and Debra Menges, 49, of Danville. Tools was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

Saturday, 7:03 p.m. At North Gilbert and West Williams streets involving Dionne Howard, 31, of the 2700 block of Townway Street, and Wilda Pree, 58, of Danville. Howard was cited for no valid driver’s license and failure to yield.

Saturday, 10:53-11:12 a.m. A medical call in the 200 block of Victory Street.

Saturday, 11:11-11:39 a.m. An overheated furnace at the Danville Family YMCA, 1111 N. Vermilion St.

Saturday, 7:09-7:31 p.m. A false alarm at 503 W. Woodbury St.

Saturday, 8:10-9:05 p.m. An alarm malfunction at 2 E. Main St.

Saturday, 9:11-9:35 p.m. A medical call in the 3600 block of North Vermilion Street.

Saturday, 10:24-10:51 p.m. A natural gas leak at 847 E. Main St.

Saturday, 11:21-11:37 p.m. A medical call in the 1500 block of Valleyview.

Sunday, 1:45-2 a.m. A medical call in the 1200 block of Cleveland Street.

Sunday, 10:10-10:22 a.m. A medical call in the 1600 block of Edgewood Drive.

Sunday, 2:20-3 p.m. An alarm activation at the Veterans Affairs Illiana Health Care System, 1900 E. Main St.

Monday, 12:06-12:18 a.m. A medical call in the 1000 block of Giddings Street.

Monday, 1:10-1:27 a.m. A medical call in the 4100 block of Bristol Drive.

Monday, 5:26-5:41 a.m. A medical call in the 1500 block of Valleyview.
