DANVILLE — Here’s a look at recent law enforcement calls:

Danville

Tuesday:

Financial exploitation of the elderly reported in the 500 block of Martin Street.

Trespassing in the 900 block of Wakley Drive.

Obstructing an officer in the 1200 block of Garden Drive.

Battery in the 300 block of Franklin Street.

Theft in the 600 block of West Williams Street.

A Wii game system and two Nintendo DS systems stolen in a burglary in the 900 block of North Hazel Street.

Wednesday:

A man arrested for disorderly conduct in the first block of Nicklas Street.

A man arrested for domestic battery in the 900 block of Fowler Avenue.

Forgery reported made at the Public Safety Building, 2 E. South St.

Disorderly conduct in the 1100 block of Giddings Street.

A man arrested for battery and disorderly conduct at North and Vermilion streets.

Vehicle burglary in the 300 block of North Walnut Street.

A $20,000 in coins and monetary denominations and a gun stolen from a home along North Jackson Street. Police reported no signs of forced entry.

Burglary in the 900 block of Hillside Drive.

Wednesday:

Vehicle damaged in the 41500 block of Main Street, East Lynn.

Burglary in the 300 block of East 14th Street.

Improper use of a credit card reported along County Road 1580N, Catlin.

Thursday:

Theft in the 500 block of South Paris Street, Catlin.

Accidents involving tickets or injuries include:

Wednesday, 7:30 a.m. At Jackson and Voorhees streets involving Benjamin Taylor, 45, of Indianola, and Michelle Erickson, 34, of Danville. Taylor was cited for improper lane usage.

Wednesday, 2:20 p.m. At Fairchild and Vermilion streets involving Ronald Hinkle, 76, of Catlin, and Robbie Lund, 59, of the first block of West Liberty Lane. Hinkle and Lund were both cited for improper lane usage.

Wednesday, 3:08 p.m. At 915 E. Main St. involving Pamela Manuel, 33, of the 900 block of Belton Avenue, and Christine Seyfert, 52, of Oakwood. Manuel was cited for failure to yield.

Wednesday, 3:38 p.m. At Williams and Nicklas streets involving Raymond Jenkins, 23, of the first block of North State Street, and Joseph Sasseen, 63, of Danville. Jenkins was cited for driving without insurance.

Wednesday, 3:41 p.m. At 77 N. Gilbert St. involving Holly Story, 19, of the 1000 block of East Williams Street, and Eric Echols, 48, of Georgetown. Story was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving without insurance.

Firefighters responded to the following calls:

Wednesday, 1:24-1:35 p.m. A medical call in the 100 block of Kentucky Avenue.

Wednesday, 3:17-3:19 p.m. A medical call in the 1900 block of Deerwood Drive.

Wednesday, 3:38-3:53 p.m. Cardboard box fire at 2721 N. Vermilion St.

Wednesday, 9:46-10:21 p.m.  An electric motor overheated at 2313 Cannon St.

Thursday, 12:13-12:36 a.m. A medical call in the 400 block of Roselawn Avenue.

Thursday, 5:51-6:01 a.m. A medical call in the 1000 block of Knollcrest Drive.
