DANVILLE — The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory from 6 p.m. today through 6 a.m. Wednesday that includes Vermilion County. Snow is expected to start tonight and accumulate up to 7 inches by Tuesday afternoon. Gusty norrthwest winds to 30 mph will cause blowing and drifting snow. Roads will become snow packed and slick, making travel hazardous.
