Library to show free movie

HOOPESTON — For the holiday season, the Hoopeston Public Library, 110 N. Fourth St., will sponsor a free movie at 2:45 p.m. Dec. 5.

The PG movie “Christmas with the Kranks,” features Tim Allen, Jamie Lee Curtis and Dan Akroyd.

Due to limited seating, the library requests that any student, 10 or older, or adult patron pick up a ticket at the main desk beginning Wednesday through Dec. 5. A ticket secures admission as well as the complimentary popcorn and holiday refreshments.
