VEEDERSBURG, Ind. — Watercolor artist Pat Fay, of Crawfordville, Ind., will teach a class from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST Jan. 19 at the d’Arlier Cultural Center, 405 N. Mill St.

The cost for the class is $35 and includes all supplies and materials. Students will leave with a matched picture ready for framing. Class size is limited to 10 students.

Ron Colson attended his first Indianapolis 500 when he was 7 years old. That was 66 years ago. He’s missed only one of the Memorial Day weekend classics since then, and that was in 1950 when he had the mumps. He grudgingly handed his prized ticket over to his uncle that year.
