GLENDALE, Calif. — Beloved mother, Eva Tintorri, died Sunday, Jan. 29, 2012, in Glendale, Calif., at the age of 92.

Born Eva Stimac on April 17, 1919, she married Marion “Beanie” Tintorri on July 27, 1940. Eva and Marion moved to California in 1940 from Georgetown, Ill., and were Glendale residents for the past 71 years. Eva was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years on Feb. 4, 2007.

Since Nov. 28, 1947, Eva was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Glencrest Chapter 237.

Eva is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Ken Carpenter of Manhattan Beach, Calif., and Mary Ann and Bob Meyer of San Dimas, Calif.; and her son and daughter-in-law, Kenny and Suzan Tintorri of Glendale, Calif.

Eva was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Stimac and Matilda Forenpohar Stimac; and her brothers and sisters, John Stimac, Tony Stimac, Joseph Stimac, Mirko Stimac, Angeline Edminston, Anna Pintar and Mary Sedlack.

A private memorial service will be Tuesday, Feb. 7, at Forest Lawn, Hollywood Hills.
