JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Kathryn Jane Button, 92, of Jacksonville, Fla., passed away Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012, in Jacksonville, Fla.

She was born in Pimento, Ind., on July 19, 1920, to Harry Beauchamp and Lois E. Boyll Beauchamp.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, William C. Button, who passed away in 2001; and a daughter, Sherry Button Hible.

She is survived by her daughter, Carol Sue Button Hurt of Jacksonville, Fla.; as well as three grandsons; one step-granddaughter; and seven great-grandchildren.

Kathryn and her husband, Bill, lived in the Danville and Covington, Ind., area for many years and were the owner/operators of the Tall Trees Nursing Home for several years until they retired.

They loved their motor home and traveled all over the United States. They finally settled down in North Fort Myers, Fla., for their final years together.

Graveside services will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, at New Harmony Cemetery, with the Rev. Kevin Dobson officiating. Burial will follow in New Harmony Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of DeBaun Funeral Homes.
