DANVILLE — Donald Loveless, 76, of Danville, died at 3:40 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, 2013, at Kindred Hospital in Peoria.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1949 N. Bowman Ave., Danville, with Bishop William Fulton officiating. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. at the church. Burial will follow services at Oak Hill Cemetery in Danville.

Donald was born Sept. 9, 1936, in Champaign, to Mervin and Flossie (Kell) Loveless.

He attended Danville area schools, and went on to work as a baker for several years. He later worked at both St. Elizabeth and Lakeview (USMC) in laundry and in the kitchen.

Donald was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and enjoyed playing horseshoes and bowling in his free time.

Donald leaves behind seven children, Jerry (Bonnie) Taylor, Juanita Loveless, Crystal Loveless, Chris Loveless, Leona Loveless, Joseph Loveless and David (Carrie) Loveless; three brothers, Richard (Mary) Loveless, Willis (Shari) Loveless and Ronald (Modessa) Loveless; a sister, Rita Murrhee; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Robert, Charles and Chelsie; three sisters, Gladys, Kate and Bonnie; and a brother-in-law, Allan Murrhee.
