Patricia Ruth Peyton Lane

FORT COLLINS, Colo. — Patricia Ruth Peyton Lane passed away peacefully on Dec. 2, 2012, in Fort Collins, Colo., from kidney failure.

She was born Oct. 5, 1929, in Danville to Louis Weldon and Ruth Jeanette Meyer Peyton.

She leaves behind her children, Jennifer Ruth Lane (James Carr) of Denton, Texas, Peter James Lane of New York, N.Y., and Amelia Ellen (Amy) Ozog (Michael) of Fort Collins, Colo.; her grandchildren, Augustus Josef (Gus) Ozog and Evelyn Rose (Eve) Ozog; also, her siblings, Betty Lou Gaumer (David Sr. —deceased), of Decatur, and Louis Weldon (Jim) Peyton Jr. (Alice) of Danville; three nephews; two nieces; and 13 grandnieces and nephews.

She was married to Harold James Lane from Dec. 23, 1950, to Feb. 6, 1984, residing in Chicago and Oak Park during this time.

The service will take place in Danville at a later date.
