Lois was a lifelong resident of Edgar County. She previously worked at Pleasant Meadows Christian Village from 1974 until her retirement in 1982.

She belonged to the Ivy Rebecca Lodge and the Hesperius Lodge. She was a member of the Chrisman Christian Church for 55 years and blessed the congregation there with beautiful music on the piano and organ for many of those years.

She loved to crochet and do crafts and enjoyed collecting dolls. She was also a die-hard Cubs fan. Rest in peace, our loving mother.
