MONTROSS, Va. —
Jon M. Fraizer, 75, of Montross, Va., passed away Friday, Feb. 15, 2013. He was born in Charleston, Ill., on Oct. 9, 1937, to Paul and Mabel Frazier.
After his formal education, he graduated from Bradley University in Peoria, with a Ph.D. in psychology. He was retired as a psychologist for the Northern Neck Regional Special Education Program and was a member of Montross Moose Lodge 2333.
He is survived by his daughter, Pamela A. Hoppensteadt and her husband, Randy, of Schaumburg. Also surviving are two grandchildren, Alyssa Hoppensteadt and Zachery Hoppensteadt.
A memorial service will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 23, at Montross Moose Lodge, 17072 Kings Highway, Montross, Va.
