DANVILLE —
Mary Ellen Bolton, 87, of Danville, passed away on Sept. 3, 2010, at Provena United Samaritans Medical Center.
She was born on April 7, 1923, in Danville, the daughter of Daniel and Carrie (Roberts) Shouse. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Joseph Shouse.
Mary Ellen was an honor graduate of Danville High School and Brown’s Business College. She retired from Prudential Insurance in 1978 after 35 years as an underwriter.
