John A. Driggers, of Danville, passed away at 2:10 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2009, in the emergency room at Carle Hospital in Urbana. John was born Sept. 18, 1961, in Urbana to Ronald and Lenora Jane Paul Driggers. He married Tammy Bryant on Feb. 26, 1999, in Urbana. She survives as well as one stepson, Richard (Sonya) Hardesty of Fort Smith, Ark.; two daughters, Lula Ann Dannison of Arthur, Ill. and Barbara Ann Dannison of Broadlands, Ill.; two stepdaughters, Melissa Marie Ernst of Sapulpa, Okla. and Joanna Faye Hardesty of Inverness, Fla.; one sister, Angela Whitley of Urbana; nine grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren. He was preceded by a

sister. John was a long time diesel mechanic and enjoyed fishing, working on cars and gathering with his friends for fun and living life.

Funeral services will be at 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20, at Robison Chapel in Catlin. Rev. Greg Farthing will officiate. Visitation is from 4-6 p.m. Friday at Robison Chapel in Catlin. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.robisonchapel.com.
