SHELBYVILLE — Whitney Dove “Whit” Hardy, 76, of Shelbyville, died at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013.

A memorial service to celebrate his life will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 2, 2013, at First United Methodist Church, Shelbyville; the Rev. Dan Seibert and Dr. David Middleton officiating. Graveside services will be held at a later date in Glenwood Cemetery, Shelbyville. Arrangements by Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville.

Memorials may be given to the Land of Lincoln Legal Assistance Foundation, Habitat for Humanity International or First United Methodist Church of Shelbyville.
