TEMPLE, Texas —
Jerrie LaVonne (Cole) Wills/Allison, 76, of Temple, Texas, passed from this life on Friday evening, Nov. 30, 2012, to meet her Lord and Savior.
She was born on Feb. 9, 1936, to the late Ralph Cole and Wilma Holburn, of Illinois.
Jerrie grew up in Danville and attended Danville High School. She settled in Texas. She was married to the late Dennis Woodard Allison, USAF retired, who preceded her in death in October of 2001.
She has three surviving sisters: Sharon Lightfoot of Centralia, Wash., Linda Davidson of Centralia, Wash., and Claudia Cooper of Danville. She also left a lifelong friend, Grace Johnson of Danville.
She has five grown children, Toby Wills of Searcy, Ark., Trudy Wills of Houston, Texas, Danny Wills of Morgan’s Point, Texas, Thomas Allison of Round Rock, Texas, and Colin Allison of Little River, Texas.
Jerrie had 18 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. She was a retired daycare provider.
