DANVILLE — Lillie B. Underwood, 83, of Danville, passed away at 9:08 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2012, at Provena United Samaritans Medical Center.

She was born Dec. 5, 1929, the daughter of James and Leatha (Scott) Taylor.

She married Warren Underwood in Danville in 1950. He survives.

Survivors include two sons, Raymond (Katherine) Underwood and Douglas Underwood, both of Danville; one sister, Ruby Copsy of Danville; and four grandchildren, Orin, Curtis, Nicholas and Christopher.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and five sisters.

Lillie was a supervisor for R&S Printing until it closed. She loved birds and all the animals in her backyard.

Cremation rites have been accorded by Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, A Life Celebration Home, in Danville. Condolences can be left at www.sunsetfuneralhome.com.
