Mary Brummett Rathbun

DANVILLE — Mary Brummett Rathbun died Sunday, Dec. 16, 2012, at her residence in Tempe, Ariz. She was 91 years old.

Mrs. Rathbun was a native of Danville, Ill., and was born to Hugh and Frances Brummett.

She was married for 59 years to James Corbett Rathbun, who predeceased her.

She is survived by two children, Gail Rathbun of Tempe, Ariz., and Dr. Philip E. Rathbun of St. John, Ind.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Those wishing to provide a remembrance in her name are encouraged to support the American Cancer Society.
