CATLIN — Judith Hall, 75, of Catlin, Ill., passed away at 3:15 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 22, 2012, at Vermilion Manor Nursing Home in Tilton.

Judith was born June 26, 1937, in Danville, to John Joseph and Grace Geraldine Browning Ostenburg.

She married Leslie “Les” Hall on Aug. 15, 1958, in Danville. He survives.

Also surviving are one son, Leslie Todd (Tammy) Hall of Greenup, Ill.; one brother, Jonathan Ostenburg of Clermont, Fla.; one sister, Billie (Bill) Wicker of Covington, Ind.; and two grandchildren, Katie Whitlow of Paris, Ill., and Sarah Hall of Greenup. She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters, Cynthia Ostenburg, Bernadine Delbridge and Nancy G. Lenfesty.

Judith graduated from Danville High School in 1955. She was a retired secretary for VOTEC and Danville High School.

She loved nature, especially watching deer. She enjoyed shopping and spending time with her family. She was a member of the Central Christian Church.

Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, at Robison Chapel, Catlin, with Pastor Darren Johnson officiating. Burial in Oakridge Cemetery, Catlin. Visitation from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, at Robison Chapel, Catlin.
